Bonallack & Bishop’s Salisbury office has been expanding in recent years and we are pleased to announce another new addition. Sara Fewell, a Licensed Conveyancer, joins our Residential Property department where she will spearhead our military conveyancing efforts. Her experience and understanding of both the Armed Forces Ownership Scheme and the MoD’s Long Service Advance of Pay makes her perfectly suited to the role and we are excited to have her onboard.
Sara arrives at the firm having qualified as a Licensed Conveyancer in 2010, a qualification which she studied for alongside her work at firms in Bristol and Southampton. Whichever area of conveyancing you need legal advice on – be it purchasing or selling a property, transferring equity, or remortgaging – Sara can help. Sara recognises that it is crucial for conveyancers to develop good relationships with their clients and her approachable and amiable manner helps to put clients at ease during what can be a stressful time.
“Sara’s addition marks another step forward for our Residential Property team” said Senior Partner Tim Bishop, adding, “increasingly, members of the armed forces are approaching us looking to buy property through the AFHOS and LSAP schemes and Sara’s experience in these areas is sure to be of great help to members of the Armed Forces needing conveyancing advice”.
